I want you to love your light frame or light sculpture so I will do everything in my possible efforts to make sure you are happy. We will work with you to either replace the light frame or exchange it with a piece that works for your individual needs and setting. If it really is not the piece that you thought it was we will refund your money up to 30 days after your purchase, and the LED Lights are guaranteed for 25,000 hours lifespan. And we will always be there to make sure to answer questions and make sure that the piece works for you for the life of the piece.
